But the most important constant is helping the have nots, who struggle every day to make a living, and enjoy a good, quality and dignified life. Light of Hope Outreach works to create a nation of neighborhoods with a common goal towards meeting the needs of the less privileged: children, youth and adult. Thus, the mission and vision of Light of Hope Outreach is to enhance the dignity and quality of life of individuals in communities from every sector of the global economy, society, and culture in America, Africa, Asia, etc. by touching lives, changing communities and restoring hope to the hopeless.

There is no doubt the pride and glory of life is fast fading away with reliance on international aid each passing day to meet both domestic and social goals for the citizens in need. The need for the basic necessities of life shelter, Feeding and Clothing are in constant need. Likewise, Education for the needy are being sorted yearly from local and international aid and grant organizations. These and other impediments make people in different communities unable to stand firm in solving their problems internally and externally. Assisting individuals and communities is the sole aim of Light of Hope: To enhance the dignity and quality of life of individuals, families and communities by creating awareness and providing assistance and help through education and materials that empower individuals to reach their potential, better their stand of living and contribute positively to their communities.
